Imagine working for a boss who gets mad at their team for not pinging them when they're late for a meeting that's a set meeting on the calendar every week. Imagine being a person of color working in a room full of people who feel comfortable being prejudice with their speak. Imagine working for a company that lists "connection" as one of their values yet you have no connection with anyone on your team because there's no plan to connect.
