Company that could be great - Recensione dipendente - Area Manager presso First Call Environmental

This was a great company to work for. The environment was so supportive that I completely overlooked what was in front of me! They sincerely want you and need you to succeed! I can't change history, but if I had the opportunity to go back I would still be employees here! It was a dream job and the best company I never applied myself to. If you get a position here hold onto it dearly! The training is tremendous and the people are unbelievable! Too bad I had to go and mess this opportunity up! Don't be me!

Nothing I can say about the cons! There are none that would hinder you from acceleration at this company. The only thing I can think of is always, always do your own paperwork! Do not rely on heresy to get you from one place to the other!

CEO of the company is big on establishing a positive culture, very big on recognizing his employees.

Managers are horrible mainly focused on blaming his/her subordinates, no accountability. Perfect example of Prioritizing task over people. They don't care how the job gets done. Don't care about safety. You will be working 24 hrs straight no rest, no sleep.
