1) Extremely hostile and toxic environment. 2) No opportunity for career growth with this company, they seem to hire externally rather than promote from within. 3) People will throw you under the bus to save themselves. 4) No respect for colleagues. 5) Constantly felt like you were walking on egg shells, meaning being treated like you were disposable. 6) Management is out of touch with employees. 7) Slackers and people who don't care about their job were not let go during the "reorganization" of the company. 8) No appreciation from managers/supervisors. 9) Consistently micromanaged. 10) To much gossip within the office, nothing is confidential. 11) You are required to work extended hours if needed however, if you had to leave early for an appointment or come in later that was completely frowned upon and became a huge issue (no flexibility).
