Dramatic negative changes in the last couple years, Lots of upper management terminated recently due to corporate restructure, over recent time fear and intimidation are not good motivators, talk one thing then do the opposite, many managers are, untrained, unprofessional, signifiant nepotism to a fault,very gossipy, predetermined attitudes about employees, un attentive to independent thought or problem solving, store management believes they are autonomous, have company wide Core Values that are completely ignored etc.
