It really USED to be a fun job/career. However, recent changes in the company have made it a miserable place to work. With the focus being emphasized on external customers, the internal customers are being dumped on and demoralized. The bonus structure for management has been chipped away to literally the barest amount possible while trying to disguise it as something new and exciting with boundless rewards. Please.
