Upper management (Operations manager and GM.) need some major changes.
Overtime isn’t an option, it’s required.
Work flow needs some work.

I would say its collaborative work culture.
A nice perk is the free snacks & coffee, some locations even have ice cream machines.
The benefits and 401(k) are solid too.

the time off and pay need some work. it shouldn't take 10 years to get 3 week of vacation. They need to care about the employees we all feel like just a #. A little bit of recognition goes a long way.
