Avoid at all cost!! - Recensione dipendente - Business Services Representative (BSR) presso First Citizens Bank

Where can i start! This company remind me of mad men good old boys corporate culture. There is no room for individuality in this bank. There is a lot of racial childish undertones that's against minorities and marginalized groups. High turnover rate for employees ( if you don't perform at the highest level every month then you wont have job security). If you are black then you have to perform at the highest level in order for you to not be on the chopping blocks!! Please avoid at all cost!! The money is not worth it and new hires only last up to six months MAX! on average. I was able to last up to a year
