1. Poor pay for the level of work being asked 2. Poor management 3. No company phone 4. Overpriced benefits Their integration team is possibly the worst I've ever witnessed. Zero technical expertise, thousands of wasted man hours doing the same tasks over and over because the folks from the top do not understand what is required. It has to be desperation or nepotism fueled hires here, because I do not see how these folks are in charge of anything. Probably the most frustrating place I've ever worked. I drafted my resignation letter 4 months before I actually resigned. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here to work. It would be overkill.
