      Great coworkers and non stressful environment.

      This bank does not know how to keep up with the big banks or maybe is not interested in being aggresive and well recognized by the entire community. The big banks are getting the mortgage leads because they recognize which shark employees to keep and which ones should be let go of.

      The people are great. They really do want to help the customer.

      Sometimes people disagree with how to do different things and people clash heads, however I'm unsure if this is a true con since it allows other workers who are less experienced to see multiple sides.
