Excellent work environment, fellow tellers and customers were all very respectful and courteous.

Some afternoons could be slow in terms of customer volume.

FCSB is very family oriented and flexible. Good insurance. Mostly fun people to work with and ability to grow with the bank and to new positions.

Pay isn't always the greatest. Some cattiness. Can be difficult at times due to micromanaging.
