Fortunate enough to have a great direct supervisor that knows what they are doing and advocates for their team, unlike the majority of my coworkers.

- Extremely low work moral due to the micro management and upper management's lack of business knowledge - Refusal to provide staff with the resources they need in order to be successful in their job positions. Grossly understaffed, technologically delayed - everything done manually (i.e. via spreadsheets) - Zero respect or concept for work/home balance - President is extremely involved with day to day of operations and sales and creates stress and interferes with people doing their job. - No investment in quality employees – extremely under paid and overworked, resulting in a high turnover of employees. Often sending quality employees out the door, and bringing in less qualified individuals - Majority of management (both upper and middle) staff grossly lacks leadership skills - Push that we need to turn a profit and company is not meeting KPIs, yet continually allow their sales teams to give products and services out at no charge - HR does not advocate for the staff; is zero help when approached with general questions regarding matters that fall under HR (i.e. benefits, employee relations, the over all hostile work environment etc...) -Executive team & upper management seriously falls short of basic skills and knowledge about leading and running a successful business - Passing the buck is second nature to 99% of the company. No one is accountable for their own actions in fear of serious and possible unjust repercussions - Directors are unresponsive to their team members time and time again, then play the blame game when issues get escalated above them – again, lacking accountability - Products get rolled out before they are tested and proper staff has been trained. Often resulting in very unhappy customers, and staff members that don’t know what they are doing, because they were never given training - Processes and procedures are nonexistent - The President lacks any concept of “Strategic Planning” - Annual raises are laughable - Everything needs to be done right this second. Staff is completely bogged down due to understaffing and lack of head count, and they are expected and pressured to make everything on their plate their top priority - It is very clear that hardwork and strong knowledge is not what helps you grow within First Comm; it is merely drinking the President’s Kool-Aid (both literally and figuratively) that will get you far and ensure job security - Sales can do wrong. Will say whatever necessary to close a deal and operations and left to clean up the mess. When customer becomes upset due to empty promises, chaos, and unrealistic expectations that cannot be met, rather than going back to the proper sales person, operations teams receives all backlash from upper management
