Can't use your own coffee mug or have bottled water at your desk. Requires a strict business casual dress code. Gives you "dress down days" during snowstorms but don't give you a snow day until the snow has already started so this puts you in more danger. Need to cross-train employees on every aspect of the position, not just certain subjects.
