Misplaced Priorities - Recensione dipendente - Branch Supervisor presso First Community Credit Union (MO)

This place has really went downhill since I started there in 2015. It used to be a good place to work, but all they care about now is profits for themselves and opening as many new branches as physically possible despite hardly having enough staff as it is... They will bend over backwards for the members, but could not care less about the employees. You are expected to sit back and allow members to verbally abuse/threaten you with a smile on your face. Negative/toxic work environment. Nepotism. Existing employees are not compensated fairly when they raise the starting wages. EXTREMELY poor branch management staff in several of the branches, but if you have an issue with it, don't bother speaking up-nothing will change. You are told to get over it or leave. Upper management is out of touch and unappreciative. The CEO is close-minded and micromanaging. Outdated policies. NO MATERNITY LEAVE. Upselling is expected, but incentives are poor compared to other companies.
