Was not the right fit for me

Executive management as well as most of the employees are truly genuine, caring people. A local bank that actually cares about it's employees as well as its customers! Good benefits package as well as profit sharing. True open door policy. If my vocation wasn't IT, I would still be working there today.

Executive level trusts but doesn't seem to verify. IT dept was in disarray with little to no policies other than don't make waves or call attention to issues. Executive management team was unaware as to the extent of issues due to a lack of communication by the director of IT.
