First Contact has been a great place to work. Because they provide concierge services to buildings all over Australia, you get to experience different aspects of the business and pick up a range of skills. I’m currently working as a Workplace Concierge at a tech company and it’s been a really enjoyable role. The work life balance is excellent. You finish on time and there’s no pressure to take work home with you. Compensation is above the award rate and definitely at the top end of the bracket.

You feel disconnected from the rest of the business as I am the only person working at the tech company.
