      Interesting work that had plenty of projects and engagement

      Too many bottlenecks allowing work to be completed quickly. Level of urgency was not seen either internally in the company or with the customers. Fintec obviously very different to work environments

      I had a terrible experience with this company. Week to week I would get conflicting advice, direction and priorities with no recognition of what had previously been discussed. This caused wasted time and frustration. I was relieved to leave the company. Lots of old school culture at this company and leadership lacked consistency and transparency and were often distracted during our rare time together.
