Vantaggi
There are no positives aside from the fact that you get paid every month. If you are in any way good with words you might be clever enough to present the complete lack of experience you might have gained during your tenure in FD with a positive spin.
Svantaggi
It's blatantly obvious that HR are writing positive reviews on this site. Present and potential clients are slowly but surely copping on to how much of a bad apple this company is, and internal staff are scrambling to concoct reviews to try and salvage the mess. This company does not care about you, HR does not care about you. You as an employee are a few generated for the company. No more and no less. They are always hiring because employees are always leaving. The three month notice period is a complete joke, for a company that disregards its employees it makes a hard job of letting them leave. It is so unbelievably hard to try and take any sort of experience and take this going forward into new opportunities outside of this company. Do not be blinded by the all expenses bull, it's not much good when realistically the company doesn't care about you professionally or personally. The title of financial engineer means diddly squat when at the end of the day you are doing the tasks that banks aren't prepared to pay their own staff to do. From my experience there is almost always hostility from permanent staff at financial institutions when you are the hired hand. So if you're happy working 10 hour days doing the most boring unrewarding work in a hostile belligerent environment then apply away, but remember FD are good enough to pay for the groceries!
