The only real positive is the team — we’ve bonded through shared trauma. The constant dysfunction, chaos, and pressure have essentially trauma-bonded employees into supporting each other just to survive. The camaraderie is strong, but only because the environment is so toxic that we’ve had no choice but to cling together.

Employees are buried under an impossible workload of 70+ projects, while management ignores constant pleas for more resources. Instead of fixing the systemic issues, leadership chooses to gaslight clients — a short-sighted, unsustainable strategy that will eventually blow up in their faces. Even with new venture capitalist funding, the company refuses to invest in the areas that actually matter, instead bloating the org chart with unnecessary management and C-level roles. The benefits are insulting, the health coverage is worthless, and the 401k match of 1% is beyond laughable — it’s disrespectful. This company runs on smoke, mirrors, and disregard for the very people holding it together.
