They monitor and micromanage every minute of your work. They tell you your pay has potential to go up quickly by getting special training in other areas but then even if you're meeting your metrics and doing well those trainings are not offered very frequently so you end up stuck at low pay. the work is mind numbingly boring and easy. They also had a terrible COVID policy. The bank and it's policies are extremely outdated as well so you're constantly dealing with things that other banks have automated.
