Management will suck the life out of you daily. It’s the most toxic workplace I’ve ever experienced and it comes from the top. Our CEO only cares about himself and retirement our C suite is out of touch with the market and how to treat employees, the trainer only talks about himself, the systems are constantly down or beyond slow to the point of customers being frustrated with the time it takes to do a transaction. Management is quick to criticize and blame instead developing and encouraging, they have unreasonable goals and not 1 person is meeting them in the company.
