Cant think of one at all

Every aspect of the job is a con. I could go into detail, but it's not worth my time.

They are the best group on Earth to work with. Top to bottom, you’re one big family. The best support system, they push for growth, and make you look forward to going to work!
Svantaggi
Absolutely nothing. I miss them daily.

First general services has been running under the management of an owner that has just given up. The ceo will tell you what you want to hear although doesn't follow through with honest actions. My contract was written with a base salary and "bonus program", the bonus project was to be rewritten because the current program was only in favor of the company. The projects were underestimated and project managers are given 1 day of training. The model I constantly heard was do you sink or swim. After 10 months of not receiving my bonus I asked the ceo Andy what was going on? He stated he just didn't have time to run the bonus program software. I explained how the program was described in my contract and that it needed a new algorithm because the current one was basically written to never pay out bonuses. Andy was rude and stated it wasn't his fault that the program wasn't rewritten even though that's what my contract stated. Andy said we will have a review and my bonus would be paid. At my review he said I needed to make 35-40% margin on projects in order to receive a bonus. I explained how the estimates were written poorly and they are insurance projects that are written at 20% margin. How do they expect 35-40% I'll tell you, first general takes advantage of the partner trades and homeowners by providing materials and products that are cheaper than the itel/estimate budget. At 1 year I still didn't receive a "bonus" and when I asked Andy about it he stated that they didn't have the funds. I explained that I closed over 500k in projects and my average margin was around 30%. Two weeks later they terminated my position because they couldn't afford me anymore. That is literally what the letter said, Andy said well you can file for unemployment. I laughed saying I already have other opportunities in the works. Do yourself a favor and don't work for these construction companies that only take advantage of you and your skills. Work somewhere with integrity and honest pay.
Svantaggi
No training, basically no time off, estimates are written poorly, upper management makes 100k+ yearly when the project manager literally starts and finishes each project. Dishonesty, capitalism 100%
