Since joining First Hospitality, I have experienced a level of support and recognition that sets them apart from other management companies. Recognition is consistently given when earned, starting from the top and flowing through the entire organization, which encourages a culture of appreciation at the property level. Communication is clear and straightforward, with detailed guides that make it easy to know who to contact — and I always receive timely responses. In past roles with other companies, feeling supported was often a challenge. With FH, that has never been an issue. From the moment I accepted my position, through relocating my family, and throughout my daily responsibilities, I have felt genuinely supported every step of the way. FH provides the tools and resources necessary for hotel teams to succeed, making it significantly easier to thrive as a General Manager. As I sit here reflecting, I genuinely struggle to find anything negative to say about First Hospitality. Having worked for four different hotel management companies, I can confidently say that First Hospitality ranks among the top two in my experience. Their approach to leadership, support, and company culture sets a high standard, and I am grateful to be a part of it
