Management, owner, and HR are the worse of the worse. The company is failing big time in customer service, and wants to blame the sales reps. Management and owner will not allow reps to give management phone numbers to customers. The company is always nagging on sales reps no matter what numbers you bring in. If you have a chance to ask the majority of the reps you will hear that the company is abusive and has poor to know communications. The owner has asked me and other reps to write reviews for his company on here many times. What an awkward situation to be put in. You will work 14 plus ours a day6 days a week. And if you try to take Sundays off you'll be humiliated by company spread emails from the owner. I would suggest stay away from this place. There will be no opportunity for advancement at this company. You will top off at best $80K if you devote every minute to this place.

I liked that it was family and veteran owned, and a small enough company to make a difference, but big enough to be stable. There are four showrooms and an outdoor showroom in Arizona, and almost 200 employees. The company sends out recognition emails every time someone positively reviewed us online. There are career opportunities within the company, especially for office positions, to talk to the boss and ask for a spot in another department, or maybe to shift roles into something new.

There are only two health insurance options, and both have a really high Out of Pocket maximum ($6,350). I know that's had to increase because of the Affordable Care Act, but it would be nice if they offered some different plans that maybe had higher monthly premiums and lower OOP costs for people who know their families will need to use insurance often. I had to buy health insurance from the Marketplace, which costs me hundreds of dollars after taxes, because I knew our family would hit the OOP every year. I would much rather have that come out of my check pre-tax.
