Thank you for your review. I am sorry you have had this experience. Employees should not be required to work 6-7 days without mutual agreement or during times of 'make up days' for holidays. Even in these situations, the company will always try to maintain a healthy balance. First Leap international employees are offered a handbook and contract that outlines working expectations, and working hours. In the handbook, there is also a grievance system should an employee feel their contract has been violated. If you are still a current employee, please sned a formal grievance to the International Department Manager, or the International Teaher Manager (if you are franchise employee).
