Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are currently in the process of updating the employee handbook, including input from all the regional supervisors. We are trying to make the policies as clear as possible, and adding even more information to the handbook, to cover more scenarios. The new version will be released in May, 2018. That being said, however, there shouldn't have been any changes during your contract without your knowledge. We aim to treat all of our employees respectfully, and do not tolerate any sort of manipulative behavior. I'm sorry to hear that you were not treated professionally, please feel free to provide examples or feedback to us. We are very focused now on improving the communication with International Teachers, we understand that we need to address this issue as it's in everyone's best interest. We have some things specifically planned to improve this area. I do have a different opinion on one point, though, and say that we surely care about the quality of our product. We are growing very fast and need to make sure to continue to offer a quality product and service to our customers.
