Had some amazing colleagues who had each other's backs. Working here gets extremely tiring as the family sometimes get into mood swings and we have to deal with the unnecessary drama and politics that they themselves create to drive employees apart.

Needless drama as previously mentioned. I think it really stems from the insecurity. The boss will often use his speeches to talk down to his employees. Sometimes, there is unnecessary commotion created as a result of this attention seeking behaviour.
