Just about every aspect of the job duties are absolutely the worst, you cannot even imagine. Let's start with work life balance. They want you there from dusk till dawn. They make the job your entire life. They don't staff branches well so expect OT but also expect to get in a lot of trouble for it. You can expect to be treated like an expendable sub human slave. You will start to feel like your on some sick version of career "surviver". In my 3 years there I would count everyday I still worked there a win because they make firing people a sport. I've never in all my working life seen more people TERMINATED over minor infractions that will always be universally referred to as "code of conduct" violations. Its sad. I saw MANY really excellent people FIRED while working there and ultimately myself included. Please save yourself a lot of heartache and avoid this bank.
