Vantaggi
Remote work is the main benefit.
Svantaggi
If you’re looking for a workplace where your effort is invisible, your workload keeps expanding, and the promises made to you are never kept, this company fits the bill. Layoffs happen regularly, with leadership insisting each round will be the last, only for more cuts to follow. Every time that happens, the remaining staff are expected to shoulder extra responsibilities without additional pay.
Training is practically nonexistent. Promotions or raises, if they ever materialize, come without proper support—so people are set up to struggle. Instead of investing in growth or quality, management simply piles on more clients than anyone can realistically handle. Concerns about the workload are brushed aside, and there’s no regard for boundaries or work-life balance. The expectation is that you’ll just keep going “for the team,” with no real end point.
The result? Overextended employees, unhappy clients, and a product that no one is bothering to evaluate for quality. Leadership avoids accountability for how poorly things are run, and it’s disheartening to watch a team with potential be squandered by bad decisions.
The pay doesn’t come close to making up for the stress, the lack of respect, or the constant burnout. The environment is toxic, colleagues’ critical reviews seem to mysteriously disappear from public sites, and there’s an overall sense that shady practices are at play.
The only silver lining is the remote setup—but that perk doesn’t outweigh the rest.
