There was little concern for employee's personal lives. The mantra was to get the work done by any means necessary. Salaries are very low and temp workers were hired at a minimal price to complete jobs that should be performed by professionals; hence, very inefficient processes. Vendors are paid far below industry standards and the money is pocketed by the owners. I have heard vendors that state that they lost money trying to work for First Preston. The owner's bottom line is to take care of herself and her family with no regard for how her greed impacts others
