      Great comunication of industry changes. The management team and the staff at think big work small provide timely information and usefull information on a daily basis. They encourge their employees and provide a wide range of tools to support a successful business., The compensation program is the best i have seen in the indutry. It is a pleasure to work for First priority Financial

      Position is Commission only but this is standard for the industry. Liike any brokerage there is some confulsion about recent changes in the industry

      Everything is provided for you: Business card, online marketing, contact management system, etc. They run their own back office system and work with Encompass. Great website called the "Knowledge Coop" as it allows you to search to see if your question has been asked before so you can get an answer really quick.

      Very little training for a new person. Better have a lot of confidence or make sure you can learn as you perform.
