If you love micro management and working at Company's were women and minorities are not respected nor valued then this is the place for you. This Company does not welcome people that have worked and learned from other successful organizations. They get fuel from rumors and trust only a select few that help spread the rumors. Before joining FQ you should look at the track record and the number of turnovers they have in management. They do not value their employees and blame everyone but themselves for their poor choices of who they hire at the top of the organization. The plant level has great leadership.
