Vantaggi
Some of the people are have a lot to offer.
Svantaggi
It’s a white man’s world at FQ. It’s a good ole boys club. They promote their own but will not give the true hard working folks a fair chance. Most of the leadership team won’t give minorities a second look. Diversity and Inclusion training was conducted but the top level leaders pretty much said it was a check the box training. No intentions of rolling out an actual plan. If Kambiz Damaghi really knew the culture at his Anderson plan, he would not be pleased. There is hidden apartheid across the facility. Managers don’t address team members on all levels that make racist comments or jokes. They turn an ear or join in. They promote others that will do exactly what ‘they say’ and not always what’s best for the business. The paper department is not a healthy environment for black males! There are too many arrogant white males that belittle them. Wyrick and James should not be leaders. They are like snakes in the grass, can’t trust them, but they are praises. Leaders in operations are not required to do their job but others are. Double standards. They wonder why they have turnover? Why would people want to stay at FQ and the Human Resources department had over 50% turnover in less than a year. That should be the first impression of the company. FQ could be a great place to work, and if the much needed changes are made it will be one day.
