Management has a hard time communicating and scheduling work and shipping times. Some one literally Overdosed at work and was allowed to remain working there. Management and HR must have made a deal with him because he's still working there and was still getting high before I left. Some of the management likes to play favorites. Which is why some people get away with actually verbally threatening and physically threatening other people and it never gets reported. The company is always on a look out to let you know when you're doing wrong. Even if you're in the right. They always want you busy doing something, however months out of the year they have a short in contracts and a purge of people begins. Nobody is given a handbook and they don't let temps view it. So honestly nobody knows what they can and can't do until they are given their first warning or they post a memo at the time clocks.
