      Managers are wonderful to work with, love my coworkers, everyone is very nice and willing to help you when you need it.

      HR doesn’t see you as a human. They see you as one of their slaves. They aren’t even really “HR”. They won’t call you by your name, instead it’s by your title. Very unprofessional and rude.

      Profit sharing in your 401k is good after the first year. They have a decent PTO policy.

      Good luck using your PTO because all the branches are understaffed. If you're not a white man, you won't be paid well or valued. Upper management is protected, while all other employees are seen as expendable. The training is almost non-existent because budgets aren't approved to actually create a real training department or program.
