Terrible employer - Recensione dipendente - School Bus Driver presso First Student

Takes a long time to get your own route. Management hired non-CDL drivers and gives them routes before CDL drivers. If you drive a bus to their shop for repair you get non-rev pay, which is less than your normal rate, even though you still need your CDL to drive that vehicle. Union is weak and does not do much except take monthly dues from your check. You feel more like a seniority number than a person.
