Work with friendly colleagues, great training team and a supportive management team. Good base pay and depending on your role you have the ability to earn a monthly uncapped team bonus. Also a choice of additional benefits are offered to you each year which you can choose to participate in. Fast paced, varied role with lots of opportunities to study and progress. As an example, due to the companies backing I have recently completed a course to become a certified software tester. Subsequently I have been given the opportunity to progress into a new role to utilise my new skillset. Also since the return from the pandemic, Hybrid home working is still offered so you can choose whether to work in the office full time or only a couple of days a week.

There are no real downsides to working here if you like the work.
