Nothing at all, they have zero empathy

Awful company that treats staff in an atrocious way. You can care about your clients and run yourself ragged for the clients but the management will be petty the moment you say no to anything. Shifts are then removed and given away on 0 hour contracts. No support is provided when you lose clients, literally told to get over it. In my time with them I've seen them bully and ridicule others sat in their little office, they have put staff in awful situations and even pushed out a pregnant carer just for getting pregnant.

Pros - I dont think they are goo people they use you for business they dont care if you get sick!

Cons - Company should always take care of their employee so they can stay longer! otherwise staff will always leave the company. not even a good pay its not worth it. NO events, NO certification, NO care at all ALL THEY DO IS BUSINESS they always call even you are off work and asking you to come to work.
