The CEO is not good and treats people badly. Extreme temper issues and he does very little for the paycheck he earns. There is no diversity statement online.... They claim to be a pro-community institution , but the average employee pay is not a living wage unless you are a top level executive. Poor working conditions and employees are not given the resources and training they need to be successful.
