Frequent visits to South Africa Office 3. Above average pay ( Decent hike every year) + Yearly performance based bonus.

      Cons: 1. You have to follow South Africa Holiday calendar and work on Indian holidays. Although they have started allowing employees to work from home on Indian holidays.
