At the same time, we’re sorry to learn that you’ve been frustrated with aspects of our benefits, holidays, and bonus programs. Your perspective is important, and we take your comments seriously.
This year, instead of the Associate Experience Survey, we conducted a Culture Survey to better understand concerns like yours. Feedback from our property managers and site staff is essential in shaping our action plans, and we’re committed to continuing to evaluate ways to enhance benefits, recognition, and communication across all roles and have recently rolled these action plans out. We will certainly continue to work closely with our leadership teams and call out the areas you mentioned here.
