Convienent office location for staff who use transit. Flexible work from home enviroment comes in handy because fo the extra large workload placed on employees.

In my opinion company President Scott Douglas has no leadership ability only a Dictatorship regime, too busty making himself look good while always cutting employees and resources to improve the bottom line. Cnstant revolving door of upper management roles, once it was determined they could not work with Scott they were terminated, many good people let go for no reason other than unable to work with Scott and do his bidding.

While innovation is good, it can sometimes feel like just when you’ve fully mastered a system or workflow, a new tool or process is introduced. Workload can also fluctuate depending on business initiatives and project demands. Because it’s a large organization, there are a lot of layers of leadership — supervisors, managers, directors, VPs, etc. At times, it can be unclear who the correct point of contact or decision-maker is for certain situations.
