When you make a mistake there is not berating just help you find a clear path to correction and give you pointers so it's not repeated. Reasonably understanding of traffic delays when commuting. Managers are very approachable. In general the overall staff is unbelievably friendly and supportive.

Health insurance is awful! It's a very intense job with new tasks added to your duties regularly. You never feel a sense of being done. For the amount of work you do and the responsibilities the pay rather low.
