Often times responsibilities given were out of job title. -Need thorough training on state laws, regulations, L.A.U.S.D policies etc. -More specific safety plans in place (especially for high risk children) in the school setting -Should establish a clearer hierarchy of parent and teacher communication, concerns relayed to instructors (re-directing questions/concerns to the P.D.'s, P.M.'s)
