      I experienced burn out. They seem to work you hard and pile on the hours, back to back clients. Overtime it takes a toll.

      Not much support for new RBTs; de-escalation techniques learned on the job after earning certification, rather than during training. 1 dollar bonus is advertised as something earned automatically after completing 3 months on the job, but is actually only earned after completing 300 clinical hours.
