Even with lots of changes - new system, processes - we are supported if we have issues or questions. Also lots of job opportunities, so come and join FSFK!

      Not much support for new RBTs; de-escalation techniques learned on the job after earning certification, rather than during training. 1 dollar bonus is advertised as something earned automatically after completing 3 months on the job, but is actually only earned after completing 300 clinical hours.
