We are also sorry to read of your recent concerns. While billing is necessary to sustain our operations, it is certainly not part of our company mission. Our primary focus and heart of our company remains on delivering exceptional ABA care to our clients while always supporting and prioritizing our entire team. We are committed to addressing the issues you shared and encourage you to reach out to the Clinic Director and/or our People & Purpose Team right away so we can address your concerns directly, ensure you feel heard and supported, and remedy any problems occurring.
