I joined Firstbase at the end of 2022, and professionally, this has been the most challenging, exciting, and rewarding experience of my career. It’s been incredible to witness how much Firstbase has grown and matured in just a couple of years -- and yet, I know this is only the beginning! One of the best things about working here is the people -- I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve seen teammates go out of their way to help others, even when they have plenty on their plate. The collaborative culture is truly special. Another thing I’ve lost count of? How often people here get promoted -- it’s insane! Plus, the benefits and perks are excellent!
