Fine - Not great, just fine - Recensione dipendente - Compliance Analyst presso Firstsource Advantage

I have been working for 7 months in the bilingual accounts department as an Account Representative, and I can say it has been a very positive experience, especially since this is my first corporate job. From the very beginning, I have felt welcomed and supported. The work environment is pleasant, and my colleagues are always willing to help, which has made me feel part of the team very quickly. This has been very valuable for me during this learning process. I have been able to develop communication and customer service skills in a dynamic environment, which motivates me to continue growing within the company. Overall, I believe the organization provides a professional environment with opportunities for learning and development, making it a great place to start and strengthen a career.

There is no option to work remotely, which could provide employees with greater flexibility.

Casual environment, but that goes too far, and employees wear PJs and slippers.

Employees are abusive and have outbursts on the floor, Fights both on the floor and outside. Upper management targets employees and shows favoritism. Retaliation is HUGE at FirstSource. Employees smoke weed in and around the building. Employees pee outside and show their private parts to other employees - it's disgusting!! The police are called on a regular basis... This is NOT a safe environment. They hire employees without complete background checks, and criminals are often hired and terrify other employees with their stories about their backgrounds. HR is placed in an unsafe position daily while working at the location. How the NYSDOL or EEOC has not investigated this organization is insane to me!! For your own mental health, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Lastly, India treats their US employees terribly! They want nothing to do with the US!
