We know the work can shift significantly when a client’s priorities, products or operating model changes, and when that happens, we aim to be clear about what’s changing and why, provide the right training, and make sure reward structures are understood and applied consistently. We recognise how unsettling it can feel when there’s uncertainty linked to demand.
