Awful support from CEL’s. Absence management process is a joke. Expect 1000% effort for minimum wage. Awful IT team who leave you waiting days for a reply. Don’t care about their staff as people, only numbers. Lost a lot of amazing CEL’s and Team Leads due to treating them like crap. Gave promotions to people who didn’t deserve it.

Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
